Throughout her career, she’s helped hundreds of property investors and renters navigate every stage of the rental journey. Whether it’s supporting a first-time investor as they lease their property or helping someone new to Geelong secure a home they instantly fall in love with, Tiff genuinely enjoys being part of life’s important milestones.
She thrives on the variety that comes with property management and jokes that one of the most satisfying moments in any day is seeing an empty inbox. More importantly, she’s known for her straightforward advice and open communication. Tiff believes clients deserve the truth, even when it’s not necessarily what they want to hear. Whether that’s setting realistic expectations about a VCAT matter or providing practical guidance through a difficult situation, she believes honesty builds trust, and trust builds lasting relationships.
Tiffany’s passion for property began long before her career. As a teenager, she loved flicking through the Saturday property pages and knew she wanted to work in either law or real estate. After a brief start in a law firm, she realised property was where she belonged – and more than two decades later, she still loves the challenge and variety that every day brings.
Having grown up in Lara after moving from Melbourne as a child, Tiff proudly considers herself a local. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her much-loved dogs, making the most of weekends outdoors and planning her next overseas adventure. Experiencing different cultures and seeing more of the world remains firmly at the top of her bucket list.
