Born and raised in Canberra, Jacob knows that great property management is built on something simple – honest relationships.
Although he’s been in the industry for just over two years, his path into property management has given him a unique perspective. Before joining the profession, Jacob held leadership roles with ALDI, worked in IT Incident Management with the Australian Taxation Office, and even co-founded a pressure washing business with a lifelong friend. Each experience strengthened his communication, problem-solving and customer service skills, all of which he now brings to every interaction with owners and tenants.
For Jacob, no two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly what he enjoys most. Whether he’s helping an investor protect one of their biggest assets or supporting a tenant through a challenging situation, he believes every conversation is an opportunity to build trust and deliver a positive outcome.
His personal philosophy is simple – always be honest and transparent, no matter the situation. He also believes it’s often the smallest details that make the biggest difference, taking every concern seriously because what might seem minor to someone else can be incredibly important to the person experiencing it.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Jacob spending time with his fiancée and their much-loved English Staffy, catching up on a great TV series, or rediscovering his passion for archery. He’s also looking forward to travelling to Japan for his honeymoon – an adventure that’s been high on his bucket list for years.
