With more than 27 years in the property industry, Hayley has seen just about everything – and she still loves that no two days are ever the same.
Having started her career in 1999, she’s built a reputation as a trusted industry leader who combines decades of practical experience with a genuine passion for helping people.
Whether she’s supporting Property Managers to grow their businesses, guiding clients through complex situations or sharing knowledge with the next generation of professionals, Hayley believes there’s always something new to learn.
Hayley’s philosophy is simple – quality always comes before quantity. Strong relationships are built on shared values, honest conversations and mutual respect, and she believes that’s the foundation of every successful partnership. Known for her straightforward approach, Hayley doesn’t overcomplicate things. She focuses on cutting through the noise, providing practical advice and helping people find the best path forward with confidence.
Property management wasn’t always the obvious choice. Inspired by her brother’s career in the industry, she decided to give it a go – and never looked back. Before real estate, Hayley worked as a customer service manager with Woolworths and even spent time working security at nightclubs, experiences that helped shape the resilience, communication skills and calm approach she’s known for today.
Originally from Ashburton in Victoria, Hayley has always dreamed of life on a farm – and now she’s living it. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her surrounded by horses, spending time with her kids, driving the tractor, tackling the next project with a chainsaw in hand or simply enjoying the sunshine. An avid horse rider, she’s also preparing for an incredible challenge – riding 500 kilometres through Thailand – while the Maldives remains firmly on her bucket list.
