With 18 years in property management, Hannah has built her career around a simple belief – great Property Managers can change the experience of renting, investing and owning property for the better.
Having worked as a Property Manager, in business development and operations, and leading high-performing teams and businesses, Hannah understands the industry from just about every angle. She’s overseen significant rent roll growth, developed and mentored teams and worked with businesses across Australia to improve performance, culture and the client experience.
In 2026, Hannah launched Podium Property Management with a bigger ambition – to create a better way to be a Property Manager. One where great PMs have the support, systems, community and opportunity to build something of their own, create financial freedom and have a career they genuinely love. For Hannah, one of the most rewarding parts of her role is seeing Property Managers feel empowered to do an amazing job for their clients while building a future for themselves.
Hannah’s approach to clients is grounded in consistency over intensity. Rather than relying on big gestures, Hannah believes in showing up, doing what you say you’ll do and constantly looking for small opportunities to educate, add value and delight people along the way.
Her own entry into property management was slightly less considered – she needed a job, saw an ad in the newspaper and liked the company’s logo. Fortunately, it worked out. Before that, she’d tried her hand at everything from hospitality and sports coaching to reception work.
Today, Hannah is Deputy President of the Real Estate Institute of Australia, a Board Director of the Rise Initiative and immediate past President of the Real Estate Institute of the ACT. She was named ACT Telstra Business Woman of the Year – Medium and Large Business – in 2020 and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Born in Canberra and raised in Darwin, Hannah once had ambitions of becoming a professional surfer. These days, you’ll find her chasing live music, trying new restaurants, travelling, taking photos or getting to the beach whenever she can. Her perfect weekend is spent with her kids by the coast, ideally with a fishing rod in hand. And one day, she’d love to take an aerial photography flight over Lake Eyre.
Through Podium, Hannah’s goal is to help build a stronger property management industry – one where great people are supported to do great work, clients receive an exceptional experience and Property Managers have the opportunity to build something that’s truly theirs.
