For Gretel, property management is about much more than homes – it’s about people, fresh starts and being part of life’s biggest moments.
With five years of industry experience, she’s built her career around creating positive experiences for both renters and property investors. One of the highlights of her day is handing over the keys to a new home, whether it’s someone’s very first rental or the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Being trusted to play a small role in that journey is something she never takes for granted.
Gretel believes the best property managers never lose sight of the human side of real estate. Her golden rule is simple – treat every client like a person, not a transaction. She prides herself on being approachable, supportive and someone people feel comfortable reaching out to, no matter the question or challenge.
Gretel’s passion for property began long before her career. Growing up, her family moved house every couple of years, sparking an early fascination with real estate that eventually turned into a profession. Before entering the industry, she was studying a Diploma of Special Effects Makeup during COVID, proving that creativity has always been one of her strengths.
Originally from the small Tasmanian town of Evandale, Gretel now calls Bendigo home. Outside of work, you’ll often find her renovating with her partner Jack, spending time with their two dogs, or bringing new life to an old project with a paintbrush in hand.
One day, she hopes to travel to Africa to volunteer with local children – an experience that’s high on her bucket list.
