Chantell Fairclough
Property Manager
With a property career that began in 2006, Chantell brings years of experience, a genuine love of property and a refreshingly personal approach to property management.
Starting out as a receptionist, Chantell quickly realised property management was where she belonged. Since then, she’s built a career across the property industry, including three years with Metricon Homes, giving her experience and perspective that extends beyond property management alone.

For Chantell, communication is everything. Her golden rule is to make sure people aren’t left waiting or wondering, and she makes it a priority to respond to clients by the end of the day. She’s equally passionate about building relationships that feel personal rather than transactional. Chantell wants her clients to feel comfortable picking up the phone, asking questions and knowing they have someone in their corner.
She’s also a big believer in getting things done. There’s something particularly satisfying about finishing the day’s to-do list and starting the next morning with a fresh page – something plenty of Property Managers will understand!
Growing up in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, Chantell has always loved animals and originally dreamed of becoming a vet. While her career took a different direction, the love of animals certainly stayed. Horses are her happy place and she currently has five of them to keep her busy outside of work.
A perfect weekend for Chantell is spent supporting her kids at their sports, enjoying time with family and her fur babies, and hopefully finding a little time to relax along the way. Fiji is next on the travel list, but her biggest goal is much closer to home – building a business she can proudly call her own and showing her children what’s possible when you’re prepared to work for it.
At Podium, Chantell brings together years of property experience, strong communication and a genuine care for people – while creating the opportunity to build something of her own and a future she’s proud of.
